Midland Dance Studio is an awesome place to find exercise, friendly faces, and amazing instructors and trainers. Unlike many other places, MDS actually cares about the clients and ensures that everyone is cared for and doing their best at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I enjoy attending class at MDS. The friendly staff make me feel welcome to the brightly renovated studios. I have a great teacher in the postural core class who helps me listen to me body, and achieve my goals to be the best I can.
