By completing this registration, you acknowledge that participation in dance and movement activities involves some risk of injury. You agree that Midland Dance Studios, its teachers, and staff are not responsible for any accident, injury, or loss that may occur during participation. You confirm your child is fit to take part and give permission for basic first aid or emergency care if needed. Photos or videos may be taken for studio use and social media unless you advise otherwise.
