ACROBATICS

 

Acrobatics is a fun and challenging dance style. 

Similar to gymnastics, Students learn balances, flips, contortion, and more. 

“Intro to Acro” teaches students the basics of control and the flexibility needed to perform their tricks safely. Classes are a lot of fun, and perfect for developing acrobats, or students who just love to safely perform tricks for recreation and fun. 

Older students classes will consist of extensive warm up followed by a series of exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, control and agility.
